CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly value each client’s time and strive to provide the best experience for everyone. To ensure I can accommodate as many appointments as possible, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed entirely will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. A 10-minute grace period is allowed from your appointment start time. If you’re unable to arrive within that window, we can reschedule your visit. Your deposit serves as the 50% cancellation fee and will be applied toward your total service. However, deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made after the 48-hour window.
